We are currently seeking a dedicated female Sales Coordinator with junior accounting skills to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will support sales operations while assisting in basic accounting tasks. This position requires a valid iqama and offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing company by managing sales processes and supporting financial recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a combination of sales support and junior accounting duties, including:

• Processing new sales orders and maintaining the customer database accurately.
• Responding to client inquiries regarding order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Preparing daily and weekly sales reports to monitor performance.
• Generating and dispatching customer invoices promptly.
• Tracking incoming payments and recording daily business expenses.
• Assisting with monthly bookkeeping tasks and organizing receipts for records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Accounting, or any related field is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with basic accounting software.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
