Job Overview

Saleh Trading Co. (SATCO), a respected wholesale foodstuff trading company based in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, is seeking skilled professionals to strengthen its sales and procurement teams. We are currently hiring for two key positions: Sales Officer and Purchaser, both specializing in wholesale foodstuff trading.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Officer – Wholesale Foodstuff

• Develop and maintain strong sales relationships within the wholesale foodstuff sector.
• Leverage extensive knowledge of the Saudi foodstuff market to expand the customer base.
• Manage sales teams effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Utilize existing customer networks to drive business growth and enhance market presence.

Purchaser – Wholesale Foodstuff

• Source and procure food commodities in line with market demand and company requirements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier networks to negotiate favorable terms and prices.
• Monitor foodstuff market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Ensure timely procurement to support the company’s trading activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates for both roles must possess proven experience in the wholesale foodstuff market, demonstrating a clear understanding of industry dynamics and trade practices. Specific requirements include:

• For Sales Officer: Demonstrated success in foodstuff wholesale, a solid customer network, and experience in sales team management.
• For Purchaser: Strong procurement background in foodstuff trading, excellent negotiation skills, and familiarity with food commodity pricing and trends.

General sales or purchasing experience outside the wholesale foodstuff industry will not be considered.

Location

These positions are based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
