Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Operations Executive to strengthen our Logistics and Freight Forwarding team in Dammam. This role focuses on managing freight forwarding activities across sea, air, and land transportation, ensuring efficient handling of import and export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will coordinate daily freight forwarding operations, liaising closely with shipping lines, airlines, land transporters, and customs brokers. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, monitoring shipment progress, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, maintaining clear communication with customers by providing shipment updates, tracking information, and daily operational reports is essential. The role also requires promptly addressing any operational challenges to maintain high service standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of B2B sales and operations experience within the freight forwarding industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and land transportation processes.
• Experience managing import and export shipments from start to finish.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and related shipping documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle concurrent shipments efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight forwarding software systems.

Additional Requirements

The candidate must hold a valid and transferable Iqama or Saudi National ID. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic is highly preferred. Both male and female applicants are encouraged to apply.
