A well-established contracting company working with Aramco is seeking a skilled HR and Admin Specialist to join their team in Dammam. This role is critical for managing the full recruitment process and handling Aramco-specific administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate the issuance and management of Aramco IDs and gate passes for employees.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco regulations and procedures, particularly related to 9 TAR requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to efficiently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience dealing with Aramco ID and gate pass management.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the 9 TAR guidelines applicable to Aramco projects.
