We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Officer, preferably a Saudi national, to play a crucial role in supporting human resources operations within our organization. This position involves managing employee relations, addressing workplace concerns, and fostering a positive and compliant work environment in line with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and employee engagement activities. The role also includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding new hires, and managing exit formalities. Additionally, maintaining accurate employee records and communicating HR policies and benefits clearly to all staff are vital parts of this position. Coordination between employees and management to streamline HR processes while ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline along with a minimum of two years of experience specifically in employee relations. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory to effectively communicate across the organization. Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and strong knowledge of HR operations will be essential for success. Excellent communication skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are also required.
