Job Overview

EADICO is looking for a skilled and dedicated RSTC Site HSE Coordinator to join our team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards across SAWCOD LSTK Sites, including RTC, UR, HW Units, and Drilling/Workover operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining 100% compliance during Saudi Aramco HSE audits. You will lead and organize emergency response drills such as Fire, H2S, Medical Evacuation, Spill Control, and Vertical Rescue scenarios. Facilitating safety training sessions covering critical topics like Drop Awareness, Working at Heights, H2S safety, and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures is also a core part of this role.

Another important duty is conducting pre-tour and monthly safety meetings aimed at achieving zero lost-time injuries (LTI). Additionally, the role demands performing routine self-assessment audits and thorough site inspections to enhance workplace safety continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have previous experience specifically as an RSTC Site HSE Coordinator with a solid track record of successful personnel development and training, consistently achieving 100% in these areas. A deep understanding of Saudi Aramco’s HSE Policies and Procedures is essential to thrive in this position.
