Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offshore HSE Supervisor to join a critical ongoing project with Saudi Aramco. This role requires immediate mobilization, with priority given to candidates who are ready to start without delay. The position is based offshore in Saudi Arabia and is integral to maintaining the highest health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco’s stringent HSE standards and procedures. This includes monitoring and reporting all incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to prevent accidents. The role involves conducting Toolbox Talks, performing thorough Risk Assessments, and leading regular Safety Inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.

As the Offshore HSE Supervisor, you will have the authority to enforce Stop Work Authority (SWA) and other safety policies to maintain a secure working environment. You will also lead emergency response drills and deliver safety training sessions to reinforce safe work practices among all offshore personnel. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and reports is essential to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in offshore HSE roles is required.
• Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and offshore safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
