Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and certified HSE Officer to join an ongoing construction and industrial project based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will hold a valid NAPO Safety Certification and have a solid background in health, safety, and environmental regulations within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Key tasks include conducting thorough risk assessments and regular toolbox talks with site personnel. The role also requires ensuring strict compliance with safety standards on-site, maintaining all relevant safety documentation, and preparing reports to track safety performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Mandatory possession of NAPO Safety Certification
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as an HSE Officer
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s safety regulations and industry best practices
• Experience in construction and industrial project environments
• Valid Iqama; transferable status is preferred
