Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified HSE Analyst based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for Saudi nationals with a strong background in occupational health, safety, and environmental management. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing workplace safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting environmental initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting health, safety, and environmental data to improve overall workplace conditions. This includes conducting thorough risk assessments, investigating incidents, and preparing compliance reports. The role also involves developing and delivering safety training programs, collaborating with different teams to implement preventive safety measures, and maintaining accurate records of safety performance metrics.

Additional duties include overseeing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, tracking and reporting key performance indicators, managing PPE acknowledgment processes, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations through formal inspections. The analyst will work closely with departments to design injury prevention strategies and customize safety programs to meet organizational needs, especially in creative services and scripted television production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Saudi National with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Health, or Environmental Science
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Certification in OSHA or NEBOSH is mandatory

Additional Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include maintaining the EHS database, supporting the achievement of site-specific safety targets, managing HSE-related contract submissions, organizing safety campaigns, and controlling HSE documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive monthly salary between SAR 8,000 and SAR 9,000, reflecting the experience and qualifications required.
