Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified HSE Analyst to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on enhancing workplace health, safety, and environmental standards through data-driven insights and effective program management. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a strong background in engineering or environmental sciences and hands-on experience in health and safety roles.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to safety and environmental compliance. This includes conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and preparing detailed compliance reports. The role also involves delivering targeted training programs and working collaboratively with various departments to implement safety initiatives aimed at minimizing hazards.

Additional duties include tracking Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) metrics such as quarterly KPIs and personal protective equipment (PPE) acknowledgements. The analyst will conduct thorough reviews of campus operations to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of EHS policies.

Responsibilities also extend to maintaining EHS databases for accidents and incidents, organizing and managing HSE campaigns, controlling HSE documentation, and coordinating with departments to maintain injury prevention programs tailored for diverse activities including creative services and television production.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Saudi National
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Health, or Environmental Science
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HSE role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Certifications such as OSHA or NEBOSH are mandatory
