The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manpower supply, equipment rentals, and mobilizing skilled personnel specifically for the oil and gas industry. This role is based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and requires a motivated professional ready to support business growth and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower mobilization strategies for the oil and petrochemical industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad client base to support manpower supply initiatives.
• Lead the launch of new projects, ensuring seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Generate innovative solutions and ideas to drive business development and operational growth.
• Manage the supply of skilled manpower and equipment rentals efficiently in compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in safety-focused roles within gas, oil, and petrochemical companies.
• Extensive background in manpower supply and equipment rental services in the oil and gas sector.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, mobilize, and manage skilled manpower resources.
• Strong networking capabilities with an established client base in Eastern Province.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Valid and transferable Saudi residency permit.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driver’s license.

Candidate Requirements

• Indian nationals are preferred due to industry familiarity and network strength.
• Must be a resident of Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.
• Serious and ambitious candidates with passion for safety and manpower development will be prioritized.
