We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Offshore Safety Manager with a valid NEBOSH certification for a long-term project based in Ghazlan, Rastanura. This role requires candidates who are currently located in Jubail and willing to undertake site duties with accommodation provided. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of offshore safety throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes overseeing safety protocols during offshore construction, controlling high-risk operations, and implementing marine environmental risk prevention measures. The role also involves managing safety procedures related to vessels and offshore equipment, handling emergency rescue operations, and ensuring compliance with offshore safety laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills and Competence

Applicants must demonstrate strong expertise in offshore construction safety, including thorough knowledge of safety management systems specific to offshore engineering projects. The role demands proficiency in identifying risks, conducting hazard assessments, and responding effectively to emergencies on-site. Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ continuous experience as an Offshore Safety Manager.
• Valid and actively maintained NEBOSH certification or equivalent offshore safety qualifications.
• All safety certifications must be authentic and verifiable.
• Strong understanding of offshore safety production laws and industry benchmarks.
