We are a reputable General Contracting Company based in Dammam seeking a skilled Business Development or Marketing Officer to join our team. This role suits candidates experienced in the construction industry who can drive business growth and effectively represent the company in the market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s client base within the Saudi construction market. You will attend client meetings, negotiate contracts, and uphold the company’s standards by focusing on quality deliverables rather than merely long working hours. Demonstrating strong relationship-building skills and a keen understanding of the construction business will be essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience working in the construction sector
• Familiarity with construction processes and basic technical knowledge
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is preferred
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experienced in client engagement and negotiation with proven sales achievements
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and able to perform under pressure
• Valid Saudi driving license and transferable iqama
