We are urgently seeking a skilled Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a busy heavy truck service workshop in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities

The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating the workshop team, scheduling repair and maintenance tasks, managing parts inventory, and maintaining strict adherence to all safety regulations. This role demands an individual who can optimize workshop workflows and foster a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working in a workshop environment specializing in heavy trucks
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate technicians
• Proven ability to plan and schedule repairs and maintenance efficiently
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards related to workshop operations
• Effective inventory management skills to ensure availability of parts and equipment
