Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a reliable and vigilant security guard to safeguard a residential building. This role involves maintaining a safe environment for residents by monitoring and controlling access to the premises.

Work Schedule and Nationality Preference

The position requires working 12-hour shifts to ensure continuous security coverage. Candidates of Nepali or Indian nationality are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the residential property to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
• Monitor entrance and exit points, verifying credentials of visitors and residents.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies within the premises.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in residential or commercial security is an advantage.
• Strong observation skills and the ability to remain alert during long shifts.
• Good communication skills in English or local languages.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physical fitness to carry out security duties effectively.
