Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental operations in the dynamic oil and gas industry. This role is based in Bahrain, with a preference given to candidates currently residing in the region. The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience managing HSE programs, ensuring workplace safety, and complying with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising daily health and safety activities across the organization. This includes ensuring full compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies. The role involves conducting regular safety inspections and audits, performing comprehensive risk assessments, and managing incident investigations to identify root causes. Implementing effective corrective actions and fostering a proactive safety culture within the workforce are also vital parts of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of Bahrain’s local HSE regulations and standards.
• Prior work experience in Bahrain or other GCC countries is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH National Diploma, NEBOSH International Diploma, or IOSH Diploma are preferred to validate expertise in health and safety management.
