We are urgently seeking a seasoned Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic organization in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in finance, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of accounting standards and governance.
Key Responsibilities
The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s financial future by overseeing multiple critical areas:
- Developing detailed financial plans and forecasts, including monthly revenue and cost projections aligned with business objectives.
- Creating and managing cost models that support investment strategies and budgeting decisions.
- Monitoring cash flow and working capital to ensure seamless financial operations and supporting business continuity.
- Identifying financial risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies within governance frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- At least 15 years of proven experience in roles encompassing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and cost accounting.
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong expertise in revenue recognition and financial statement review.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in family-owned businesses and distribution networks is highly desirable.
Compensation
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 2500 to 3500 BHD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
