Injaaz Facilities Management LLC is seeking a skilled Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor to join their team in Ajman immediately. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in supervising maintenance operations with a focus on HVAC, MEP, civil works, and general facilities upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

The FM Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will plan and implement preventive and reactive maintenance schedules, lead a team of technicians, and ensure timely task completion. Managing direct communication with clients to address maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues is also critical. Accurate record-keeping using CAFM systems and maintaining health, safety, and quality standards within all maintenance tasks will be part of the role. Additionally, you will liaise with vendors and contractors for procurement of parts, tools, and addressing escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in facilities management supervision
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, civil maintenance, and overall facility management operations
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
• Experience with CAFM systems and maintenance documentation
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Immediate availability to join

The interview sessions will be held from August 10th to August 13th, between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM at the company’s Ajman office located on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street – 3, Al Nuaimia. Please bring along your passport (with at least six months validity), visa copy, educational certificates, and police clearance certificate (PCC).
