Emirates International Facility Management (EIFM) is seeking an experienced Manager of Administration and Operations Support to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity, responsible for overseeing key support functions essential to the organization’s efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of multiple operational areas including administration, facilities management, and IT coordination. This position requires managing procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract administration to ensure smooth service delivery. Additionally, the role involves supervising logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management. Monitoring and enhancing the performance of fleet, transportation, and workshop functions are also critical. The manager will champion process improvements, guarantee compliance, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Budget management, detailed reporting, and tracking service performance metrics complete the scope of responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in administration, operations, logistics, facilities, fleet, or asset management
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity demonstrating leadership and effective team management
• Strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory control, fleet tracking, and operational reporting tools
• Valid UAE driving license is essential
• Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory for this role
