Position: Customer Service Executive
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to manage front-line operations, assist customers with remittance and foreign exchange services, and ensure a seamless service experience at the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer transactions related to remittance and foreign exchange.
Provide accurate information on exchange rates, services, and products.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service.
Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support daily branch operations and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or financial services (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and systems).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Indonesian language proficiency.
