​Position: Customer Service Executive
​Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to manage front-line operations, assist customers with remittance and foreign exchange services, and ensure a seamless service experience at the branch.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Handle customer transactions related to remittance and foreign exchange.
​Provide accurate information on exchange rates, services, and products.
​Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service.
​Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
​Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
​Support daily branch operations and reporting.
​Preferred Qualifications:
​Previous experience in customer service or financial services (preferred).
​Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
​Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and systems).
​Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
​Indonesian language proficiency.
