​Position: HSE Officer
​Responsibilities:
​Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on site.
​Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
​Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy LNG HSE standards and permit-to-work systems.
​Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
​Monitor daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
​Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel.
​Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly.
​Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
​Coordinate with site teams to promote a strong safety culture.
​Ensure emergency preparedness and response procedures are followed.
​Requirements:
​Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field.
​Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as HSE Officer in Oil & Gas / LNG projects.
​Preferred Experience: Prior experience in QatarEnergy / Ras Laffan projects preferred.
​Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
​Technical: Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) system.
​Skills: Excellent communication and reporting skills.
​Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
