We are seeking an experienced and qualified Safety Head / HSE Manager to lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Manage and train safety team members
Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
Monitor site safety performance and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science or related field
NEBOSH (IGC / Diploma) – Mandatory
OSHA Certification
ISO 45001 (Lead Auditor preferred)
NVQ level 6/7
Minimum 7-10 years of HSE experience in Gulf.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in construction / industrial projects preferred
Competitive salary based on experience.
Preferred:
Saudi National.
Transferable Iqama
Experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC
