Project Manager (Arabic)

Location: Shuqaiq PP, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall execution of the Project including channels, dikes, riprap protection, culverts, and associated civil infrastructure.

Manage the complete project lifecycle including engineering coordination, procurement, construction, testing, and project close-out.

Coordinate with design consultants, survey teams, hydrology specialists, and technical authorities for design completion and technical approvals.

Supervise construction activities

Ensure works are executed in compliance with SEC standards, project specifications, approved drawings, and international codes

Manage and supervise site construction teams including engineers, supervisors, QA/QC inspectors, HSE personnel, and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and milestones, and implement corrective actions where required.

Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.

Lead coordination meetings with client, consultants, and internal project teams.

Prepare and review weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and productivity monitoring reports.

Ensure effective resource planning including manpower, equipment, and material deployment.

Implement project quality management procedures including QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans , and NCR management.

Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, site safety procedures, and risk mitigation measures.

Monitor project cost performance, budget control, and commercial implications.

Support preparation and evaluation of variation orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.

Coordinate with authorities and client representatives for work permits, gate passes, inspections, and approvals.

Ensure timely project completion within schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5-10years of experience in civil infrastructure / industrial construction projects.

Experience in flood protection systems, drainage works, channels, culverts, earthworks, and concrete structures preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction planning and project control tools (Primavera P6 preferred).

Experience managing large construction teams and subcontractors.

Strong understanding of SEC / Saudi infrastructure project requirements is preferred.

Arabic speaking is required / highly preferred.

Saudi nationality is an added advantage.
