A Contracting firm based in Dammam, KSA is seeking a KSA-experienced General Manager in the construction field. The ideal candidate must have at least 20 years of experience exclusively within the KSA market.
Required candidates must demonstrate clear KSA market experience in managing Commercial & Industrial construction projects in the 50M SR annual value range. A proven track record of establishing operational systems, internal KPIs, and a robust client network is essential. We are looking for a leader with high business acumen who can transition the firm into a process-driven entity with full performance visibility.
