Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive / Sales Engineer for our fasteners trading division. The role requires active field sales, customer acquisition, and managing the complete sales cycle from inquiry to payment collection.

This is a field-based, target-oriented position, and only candidates confident in achieving sales targets and working independently should apply. The candidate must own a car and be willing to travel regularly for customer visits and market development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Identify and develop new customers for industrial fasteners, including contractors, construction companies, factories, workshops, and trading companies.
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings to generate business.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable fastener solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Customer Database Management

Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of customers, including contact details, purchase history, requirements, and potential opportunities.
Regularly update the database to support sales tracking and future business development.
Visit Reporting

Submit a visit report for every customer visit, including meeting summary, requirements discussed, potential opportunities, and follow-up actions.
Provide periodic reports to management regarding market feedback and sales pipeline.
Order & Sales Management

Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and delivery coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Payment Collection

Ensure timely recovery and payment collection from customers.
Follow up professionally on outstanding invoices.
Sales Documentation

Maintain proper sales documentation including quotations, orders, delivery records, and reports.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma, or related field preferred.
1 year of sales experience preferred, but fresh candidates with strong sales potential may apply.
Must own a car for field visits (mandatory).
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales closing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven field sales environment.
Basic knowledge of industrial fasteners or hardware trading will be an advantage.
Compensation

Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 per month.
Fuel: Reimbursed on actual basis.
Commission: Based on sales performance and company policy.

Important Note

This position requires active field sales, regular customer visits, strict reporting (visit reports and customer database maintenance), and achievement of sales targets. Candidates who are not comfortable with field work, reporting discipline, or sales targets are advised not to apply.
