Key Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter’s main role will involve sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified drivers to join our logistics team. The recruiter will engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds, ensuring smooth communication and effective hiring processes to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and internal teams
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, and Arabic is essential for effective engagement with a multicultural workforce
• Strong organizational abilities to coordinate recruitment activities and maintain accurate records
