About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revit Draftsman with strong experience in finishing and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in preparing detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using Autodesk Revit.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural and interior fit-out shop drawings using Revit

Develop ceiling layouts, partition layouts, joinery details, flooring layouts, and wall finishes

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams

Review IFC drawings and prepare coordinated construction drawings

Generate BOQ drawings and material take-offs

Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion

Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

🔹 Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing & fit-out projects

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture)

Good knowledge of AutoCAD

Experience in preparing detailed shop drawings and coordination drawings

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines

Strong understanding of construction details and materials

Good communication and coordination skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

GCC / Saudi Arabia project experience preferred

Knowledge of BIM coordination is an advantage
