We are looking for a qualified Architectural Inspector to oversee and monitor architectural works on site, ensuring that construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.Job Market Insights

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor architectural works at the construction site.

Ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Inspect finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, ceilings, and other architectural elements.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to resolve site issues.

Report any deviations or non-conformance to the project engineer or consultant.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.

Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.

Assist in site inspections and handover procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural site supervision or inspection.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and finishing works.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience working on construction projects is preferred.
