Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction
industry (KSA experience Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities: – Manage and coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews,
and onboarding – Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters –
Assist in managing employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary actions –
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and
knowledge
Project Coordinating:- Aramco ID process, Gate Passes and Document controlling
Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field – Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills: – Experience with HR management systems – Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage – Certification in HR – Proficiency in HR software and systems . Preference will be given to who have work experience in Aramco Projects
