We are seeking a skilled Document Controller and Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. This dual role requires expertise in document management as well as proficiency in accounting tasks, ensuring smooth administrative and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain document control and records in an organized and efficient manner.
- Utilize Tally Accounting Software to handle financial transactions and bookkeeping.
- Apply solid knowledge of accounting principles to ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and communications using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail under pressure.
- Communicate effectively in English and Hindi; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of document management systems and records control procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Accounting Software.
- Clear knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
