Project Manager – Building Construction Required

Description

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for building construction projects (residential, commercial, hospitality).

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project engineers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor scheduling, cost control, and procurement coordination
• Conduct regular progress meetings and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10+ years experience in building construction projects
• Strong background in managing mid to large-scale buildings (not infrastructure)
• Knowledge of project planning tools and cost control processes
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
