Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HSE Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in overseeing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across our integrated catering, facilities management, and support service operations. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with international safety standards while fostering a strong safety culture and promoting ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be entrusted with developing, implementing, and maintaining effective QHSE management frameworks. This includes regular monitoring, conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and coordinating training programs that align with industry best practices. You will work closely with different departments to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols and ensure the work environment complies with established health and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field complemented by a NEBOSH certification.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HSE or QA/QC Officer, preferably within catering, hospitality, or life-support service sectors.
• Strong understanding of occupational safety and health risks including effective protective measures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ISO standards and the ability to impart training effectively.
• Experience working within ADNOC camps is highly advantageous.
