We are urgently seeking skilled Work Permit Receivers to join an industrial plant project based in Jeddah. This opportunity is exclusively for non-Aramco and non-Sabic plants. The role plays a crucial part in maintaining safety and regulatory compliance on-site.

There are 10 open positions offering an attractive salary package along with overtime opportunities for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and verifying work permits prior to the commencement of any job activity.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety rules and site-specific procedures throughout all operations.
• Coordinating effectively with operations, maintenance, and health & safety teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
• Monitoring ongoing work to confirm that conditions outlined in the permits are fully observed.
• Completing permit documentation accurately and verifying proper closure once work is finished.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least five years of proven experience as a Work Permit Receiver within industrial plant environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and comprehensive safety procedures.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and safety personnel.
• Holding valid safety certifications will be considered a plus.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred to meet urgent project needs.
