We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the construction sector. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance to support the company’s workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will play a vital role in overseeing the recruitment process, which includes job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures according to Saudi labor laws is essential. Maintaining accurate personnel records and databases is crucial to ensure smooth HR operations. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance and support to employees on various HR matters, managing employee relations including performance management, and addressing disciplinary actions when necessary. Coordinating training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge will also be a significant part of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with HR management systems
• Proficiency in HR software and related tools
• Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
• Professional certification in Human Resources is advantageous
