Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of Flow Meters, Venturi Tubes, Orifice Plates, Thermowells, and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proven sales track record and should preferably have experience in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned product range.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide technical support to clients, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and answering technical queries.
• Track and prepare regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline, forecast, and market insights.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the Estimation team.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, projects, competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market demands
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation , Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment (e.g., flow meters, Venturi tubes, orifice plates, thermowells, etc.).
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
• Understanding of flow measurement technologies and related industrial instrumentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
