Job Responsibility-
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Systems
Maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
Manage LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi systems, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime.
Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
ERP Management
Manage, maintain, and support ERP systems across all departments.
Configure ERP modules according to business requirements.
Monitor ERP performance and resolve technical or functional issues.
Coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, migration, and customization.
Train employees on ERP usage and best practices.
Generate ERP reports and support data analysis for management.
Ensure ERP database security, backup, and recovery processes.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement IT security policies and procedures.
Protect systems against viruses, malware, ransomware, and cyber threats.
Manage user access controls and data confidentiality.
Conduct regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Technical Support
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network issues.
Diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Database & Software Management
Manage databases, user accounts, and software licenses.
Support integration between ERP and other business applications.
Ensure smooth functioning of all IT applications and systems.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.
Prepare technical reports and IT performance summaries.
Develop SOPs for IT operations and ERP processes.
