Job Description:

Baran Limited Company is seeking a skilled and experienced Safety Officer with 5+ years of experience to join our team for Dammam Project. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by implementing health, safety, and environmental standards across the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.Saudi Job Portal

Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.

Ensure proper use of PPE and promote a strong safety culture.

Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.

Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and project safety standards.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction or industrial projects.

NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage site safety effectively.
