📍 Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (Shipyard/Onshore Project)

🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding activities, ensuring all work is executed safely and in compliance with project specifications and HSE standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work permits
• Inspect scaffolding materials and structures regularly
• Coordinate with site engineers, HSE team, and workforce
• Ensure proper tagging and certification of scaffolds
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Monitor workforce productivity and quality of work

🎯 Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years experience in scaffolding supervision
• Aramco Approved Scaffolding Supervisor (preferred/required)
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and safety procedures
• Ability to lead teams and manage site activities
• Good communication skills
