Join a leading organization in Dubai as a CRM Executive, where you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing customer relationships through innovative CRM strategies. Key Responsibilities

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated CRM calendar aligned with the brand’s overall plan. You will lead the execution of CRM journeys and campaigns, building automated workflows to support both local and global marketing efforts. Your role includes conducting A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign effectiveness, collaborating on content quality assurance, and performing user acceptance testing with regional teams.

In addition, you will monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating detailed reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions. Managing relationships with external agencies and the internal marketing team is also a critical part of your responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Information Systems or Technology Management.
  • Over 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably within B2C sectors or agencies serving SMEs to large enterprises.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with strong skills in , SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests and growth hacking tactics, with a data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in agile, test-and-learn environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Familiarity with constructing email templates in is a plus, and Arabic language skills are preferred.
