A rapidly expanding industrial services company in Saudi Arabia is seeking skilled Sales Engineers and Team Leaders to join its growing business development team. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in industrial service sectors who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and fostering strong relationships within the industrial services sector. Leadership skills are valuable for those aiming to guide and motivate a team toward meeting organizational goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in industrial waste management, hydro jetting, tank and chemical cleaning, super sucker and industrial cleaning services, or equipment rental such as cranes, trailers, and tanks.
• Background in fabrication services, whether onshore or offshore, as well as water and diesel supply services.
• Experience supporting shutdown and maintenance activities within industrial settings.
• Strong network and relationships with contractors, EPC companies, industrial plants, or refineries.
• Engineering or technical qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with team leadership experience and a track record in industrial sales or service marketing will find this role particularly rewarding. Those currently employed by industrial service contractors, EPC contractors, or maintenance service providers are highly encouraged to apply. Professionals from other industrial sales backgrounds with extensive customer networks are also welcome.
