We are seeking a skilled Telecom Civil Site Supervisor with extensive experience in tower erection to join our team for ongoing telecom projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all civil works related to telecom tower sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. Core duties include:

• Interpreting and executing technical drawings accurately.
• Leading and managing civil construction teams at Nokia telecom tower sites.
• Supervising excavation, steel reinforcement installation, formwork, concrete pouring, and foundation tasks.
• Ensuring structural components meet requirements for safe tower erection.
• Monitoring carpentry work related to shuttering and formwork.
• Coordinating daily site operations, including manpower allocation, tools, and materials management.
• Maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and client standards.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:

• A minimum of five years’ experience as a Telecom Civil Site Supervisor focused on tower erection projects.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of civil works specific to telecom infrastructure.
• Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly in English.
• Competence in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Comprehensive understanding of telecom safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
