We are a newly established contracting company based in Yunbu, Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering along with 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in construction management, site supervision, project coordination, and client engagement, preferably with proven Gulf region expertise.

Key Responsibilities

The selected engineer will initially participate in client meetings and site visits alongside our project team to support business development and project acquisition efforts. Following successful project award, the role transitions into a full-time position where the engineer will oversee construction operations, manage project timelines, coordinate between stakeholders, and ensure quality compliance across ongoing assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering within construction environments
• Proven track record of site supervision and project coordination
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to represent the company professionally during meetings and site visits
• Experience working in the Gulf region is highly preferred
