Job Overview

FSF Infrastructure Private Limited is actively seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage civil construction activities at our industrial project sites in Yanbu Al Sinaiyah, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in site supervision and construction management within industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily civil works to ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and safety protocols. You will coordinate closely with engineers, subcontractors, and the site workforce to achieve timely project milestones. Maintaining accurate site reports and monitoring resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment are crucial aspects of the position. Strong emphasis will be placed on enforcing safety standards and ensuring the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in civil construction, preferably on industrial projects.
• Proficiency in rebar activities including cutting, bending, fixing, and understanding Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Hands-on experience with foundations, structural concrete works, excavation, backfilling, and grading.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings and detailed rebar layouts effectively.
• Strong leadership skills for managing onsite teams and supervising workforce operations.
• A transferable Iqama is mandatory to qualify for this role.
• Previous experience working in GCC countries is highly desirable.
