Key Responsibilities

Your role includes managing cost-saving initiatives to reduce operating expenses while ensuring alignment with budget owners and finance teams. Building robust collaborations with internal business partners and managing supplier relationships are essential aspects of the position. You will lead a team of sourcing officers, balancing workload, encouraging innovation, and promoting accountability within your team. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with procurement policies and continuously improve sourcing processes to meet evolving business needs.

Required Skills and Competencies

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of five years’ experience in commercial contract management, sourcing, or procurement roles
• Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Expertise in contract management and negotiation
• Result-oriented with excellent planning and project management capabilities
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Customer-focused approach with a talent for building strong relationships
• Knowledge of the retail industry is preferred
