Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated van sales representative to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery and sales of snacks and confectionery products to various retail grocery outlets. This position requires excellent customer service skills, effective route management, and a strong focus on meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently distribute snacks and confectionery items directly to retail grocery accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to promote product sales.
• Manage daily routes to ensure timely delivery and maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment needs.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate sales records during transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in van sales, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers.
• Good organizational skills and ability to plan efficient routes.
• Basic knowledge of stock management and sales record keeping.
• Valid driving license and a clean driving record.

Work Environment

This role involves traveling across multiple retail locations and interacting directly with customers in a dynamic environment. The candidate should be comfortable working independently while representing the brand professionally at all times.
