Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Executive to join our team, providing essential administrative and commercial assistance to the sales department. This role involves preparing quotations, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination across various departments to guarantee timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for preparing accurate commercial quotations tailored to customer requirements, reviewing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and technical specifications. Coordination with suppliers will be essential to obtain pricing, delivery timelines, and technical details. The role involves supporting sales engineers by assisting with technical and commercial submittals and processing both purchase orders and sales orders.

Maintaining clear communication with customers by following up on quotation status and feedback is a key part of the job. This position also requires close collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Keeping customer and project records updated in the ERP/CRM system is critical, as well as managing complete project documentation and material delivery records (MDR).

Additional duties include assisting with vendor registrations, prequalification processes, and submissions to customer portals. Monitoring order delivery schedules and notifying customers about the progress is necessary, alongside handling general customer correspondence and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, preferably within the electrical trading or cable industry. A strong understanding of electrical products, cables, and industrial materials will be an advantage. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure to meet deadlines. A customer-focused approach, good commercial awareness, and being a collaborative team player are highly valued traits.

Salary and Reporting

This position reports directly to the Director of the Oil & Gas Division. The monthly salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000, dependent on experience.
