Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Receptionist team member, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your duties will include managing sales transactions, assisting clients with pet-related inquiries, handling telephone and in-person communications, maintaining the reception area, and supporting daily retail operations to enhance the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the pet industry is highly preferred
• Background in sales and customer service is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
