We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our team in Al Qouz, United Arab Emirates. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with innovative architectural film products designed to enhance interior spaces. As a key player in the sales and customer service process, you will help clients explore creative design options and achieve their vision using quality interior finishes.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and delivering outstanding service to ensure a positive experience. Your day-to-day duties will include promoting and selling architectural film products, preparing accurate quotations and invoices, and managing payment collection. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams is essential. You will also assist customers in choosing the right colors, textures, and finishes, while efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service, or the interior design industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with effective sales techniques and negotiation abilities. A customer-oriented and solutions-driven mindset is a must, with the ability to work well under pressure while handling multiple priorities. Good command of English is required; familiarity with additional languages and knowledge of architectural films or building materials will be considered an asset.

Work Schedule and Benefits

This role operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering one day off per week. While the salary is to be determined, applicants can look forward to a stimulating work environment that encourages personal growth and professional development.
