Ducon Industries FZCO is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to support their sales operations in Ras Al Khor, United Arab Emirates. This full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes and assisting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Administrator will handle a range of tasks including:

• Processing sales orders received via email or phone accurately and promptly
• Verifying the correctness of orders and invoices to maintain data integrity
• Communicating with clients to resolve queries or gather missing information
• Coordinating with the Logistics department to guarantee timely product deliveries
• Maintaining and regularly updating sales and customer databases
• Preparing comprehensive monthly sales reports
• Relaying important customer feedback to internal teams
• Monitoring sales targets and reporting deviations as necessary
• Staying informed about new products and features to better assist customers
• Conducting site visits and engaging in meetings with corporate clients
• Managing payment collection and follow-up activities

Requirements and Skills

Candidates should meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support professional
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A strong team player who is committed and attentive to deadlines
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
