Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate at Daima, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Your duties will include warmly welcoming customers, assisting them with product selection, and providing knowledgeable recommendations. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals through effective upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will accurately process sales transactions and maintain the store’s neat and visually appealing presentation to reflect our luxury brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, especially within premium food, chocolate, luxury retail, or hospitality sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Professional appearance and the ability to work well as part of a team.
